Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FitEn3rgy (the "Service"), available at fit.en3rgy.app and via the FitEn3rgy mobile apps on iOS and Android. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if you live in the EU) to use FitEn3rgy. By signing up, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and 2FA codes confidential. Tell us right away at fit-support.en3rgy.app if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

4. User-generated content

You retain ownership of what you upload (avatars, workouts, food entries, chat messages, etc.). You grant FitEn3rgy a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service for you and the people you choose to share it with.

You can report other users via the in-app Report button. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Not medical advice

FitEn3rgy is not a medical device. AI-generated meal plans, training routines, weekly summaries, and coach replies are informational only and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, dietitian, or trainer. Always consult a professional before starting a new workout or diet — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have an injury, or have any pre-existing medical condition.

6. Pro subscription

FitEn3rgy offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Pricing and renewal terms are shown on the upgrade screen before purchase.

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops further renewals; existing paid periods are not refunded except where required by law.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We may schedule downtime, change features, or suspend functionality for security or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, En3rgy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where En3rgy is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law gives you a stronger right elsewhere.
